Product & Availability

The Products are available within the limit of stocks available at Ukulele.in or its suppliers, therefore it is completely probable that a product ordered on the site falls in stock shortage, particularly if several orders were placed on the same day. In this case, Ukulele.in is committed to inform the customer and to propose either a product of quality and price equivalent, or refund the product price within thirty (30) days.

 

Delivery

The customer can be certain that Ukulele.in will treat its order quickly and in full safety. Once the package has been shipped, Ukulele.in can not be held responsible if any products are missing or damaged during transit. We ask the customer to thoroughly check the condition of the product before signing and accepting.

We also ask the customer to carefully check their delivery address because we are not responsible for delivery to a wrong address. The customer will pay for the cost of returning a package because of an incorrect address. Please note that the expenses you paid does not include tax, customs duties or any other additional costs imposed by the customs authorities of Customer upon delivery of the package.

 

Privacy Policy

Ukulele.in respects the private life of the customer. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, will be communicated to thirds or not used without its permission. All the information which the customer will transmit to us will be organized carefully and will not be used in a manner that he did not agree.

 

Return Policy

The customer has the possibility of giving up his purchase in the three (3) days following the reception of his parcel,we will consider the shipping and the returning dates indicated on the postmarks. The product must be returned in perfect condition for resale, that is to say in its original packaging closed and sealed, complete, without a trace of shock or malfunction. The customer must return the entire package, Ukulele.in reserves also the right to return to the customer any incomplete parcel.

The customer is responsible for all charges incurred in returning the product. Ukulele.in can not be held responsible for a problem of shock, malfunction caused in transit or loss of parcels. On the other hand, we are been willing to provide all the documents in our power to help the custome.

Before returning a package, the customer must inform Ukulele.in of his prior intention to return the package by sending an e-mail to support center. Following this information, Ukulele.in will indicate to the customer the procedure to be followed.

Subject to the conditions preceding a refund of product value paid by the Customer in accordance with the invoice, excluding postage, will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of product Ukulele.in. In all cases, Chinabuycheap reserves the right not to refund the price of products which have been returned unsealed, used, incomplete, damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged or not meeting the previous returned conditions.

 

Guaranteed

The customer understands that Ukulele.in is not the manufacturer of the products bought on his site, and that the only guarantees offered are those of the manufacturer, and not Ukulele.in. All the products are sold such as they are. By buying a product, the customer is pressed only on the specifications of the manufacturer and not on the declarations, the specifications, images or other illustrations representing the product provided by Ukulele.in.

All the Products profit from the contractual guarantee offered by their respective manufacturers. Conventions of guarantee are concluded directly between the customer and the manufacturer because of act from purchase. The duration of this contractual guarantee is one year for a free repair, except carriage costs, in the event of manufacturing defect.

Before ordering, the customer must ensure that the product he intends to buy is compatible with his system. We are not responsible and will not accept product returns due to incompatibility with the system configuration of the client. If a customer decides to return a product for repair, it must first send an e-mail to support center. Please note that the customer must bear all costs incurred in returning the product.

Ukulele.in asks the client to allocate a maximum of 5 days working for his technical team to check the returned product. If products are not defective, the customer must pay the cost to reship the package. On the other hand, if the product is actually defective, our technicians will repair it free in 2-3 weeks and costs for the return will be at our expense.

Ukulele.in returned the product repaired by Hong Kong Airmail. If you want to choose DHL or EMS to get your products repaired much more quickly, please let us know - and we will calculate the cost to you. NOTE: We are not responsible for products that are damaged during transportation or due to misuse and abuse by the customer or carrier.

 

Payment

Paypal is our favorite method of payment, but if the client can not use paypal, he can always send a wire transfer or even a WU. In the last both cases, the customer must get in touch with us via this email address contactuke@ukulele.in.

Acceptance of Terms

 

The Conditions of Ukulele.in are freely available on the website http://www.ukulele.in. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which are only applicable, they are the only clauses of the contract of sale.
